Frequently asked
What people ask before setting up a promotion.
Is it free to set up a promotion?
Building and testing one is free, no account needed. Publishing it and sharing the link needs a login and a subscription, same as the list giveaway.
Do participants need an account?
No. They open the link, fill in the form and play. The owner picks which details are asked: email, name, phone.
How do I set the odds?
The number of prize rows against the number of No Prize rows sets the odds. Three prizes and three empty rows means a 50 percent chance to win, and the current odds are shown in the setup section as you add or remove rows.
Can the same person play twice?
With the one play per person rule on, the same person cannot play again. Turn it off and entries are unlimited.
Does every winner get the same coupon code?
Yes, the code written on the prize row goes to everyone who wins it. A pool of single use codes is not available yet. A prize can also be plain text or a link instead of a code.
Where do I see who entered?
The Entries tab under the campaign page lists name, email, the result they got and the date. Views and the number of winners sit in the same place.
Can I stop a campaign?
Yes, from the Status tab. The link stays alive but anyone opening it sees that the campaign has ended. Set an end date and it closes on its own.
Who owns the collected details?
The campaign owner. While the form is on, participants see a consent box and cannot enter without ticking it. The entry list downloads as CSV.
